Refund & Return Policy

At ChrisXP, we stand behind the quality of our products and content. Below you'll find the details of our refund and return policy, tailored for both physical and digital items.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Downloads, Coaching)
All sales of digital products are final.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. This includes but is not limited to:
- eBooks
- Digital courses
- Coaching sessions (booked or completed)
- Downloadable tools or resources
We believe in the value of our content, but if you're experiencing issues or have feedback, please reach out — we'll do our best to support you:

2. Physical Products (Apparel, Metal Prints, etc.)
We offer returns or exchanges only in the case of damaged, misprinted, or defective items.
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
If approved, we'll send a replacement item at no extra cost. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing errors, buyer's remorse, or delayed delivery due to third-party carriers.
Return shipping (if required) is the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
3. Live Coaching or Consulting (If Applicable)
All coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked. If you cannot make your scheduled time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
4. Cancellations
If you made a duplicate purchase or bought the wrong item by mistake, email us immediately — if the product has not been accessed or shipped, we may be able to issue a cancellation or store credit.
